Energy Work 

Energy work is working with life force energy. For me, it feels like you are being bathed in a warm shower of water, wind, love, and magic.

Emotions can emerge. Physical sensations can be felt. You may notice things shifting. You may not notice much. It all depends on the wisdom of your own awareness, your body, and the sacred energy we call in.

Energy work can encompass: clearings & aura cleansings, setting intentions together, astral work, and working with guides and ancestors to invoke illumination, guidance, and healing.

Energy work can also be in support of animals, plants, spirits, and even projects and ideas.
